Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days
$5.95 — orders $0–$25
$7.95 — orders $25–$50
$9.95 — orders $50–$75
FREE shipping on orders over $75

Local Delivery

Available within 20 miles for a flat $5 fee.

Local Pickup

FREE local pickup is available at a pre-arranged public location and time. Please bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the order.

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once materials have been purchased or your item has entered the customization or production process, the order is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Please contact RPLUSN STUDIO as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Return Policy

We want you to love your RPLUSN STUDIO purchase. Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an error or defect with your order.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if RPLUSN STUDIO made an error with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, sizing, colors, designs, and personalization details before approval. Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except when RPLUSN STUDIO has made an error or the item is defective.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in placement, color, stitching, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Photography & Booked Services

Photography sessions and other booked services are subject to the booking and cancellation policies provided at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed-upon location and time.
