Cancellation Policy

Complimentary Virtual Embroidery Consultation Policy RPLUSN STUDIO offers complimentary virtual consultations to help clients discuss custom embroidery ideas, product options, placement, colors, quantities, and general project details before placing an order. Appointment Length: Complimentary consultations are scheduled for approximately 15 minutes. Additional time or extensive design planning may require a separate paid consultation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their consultation shortened or may be asked to reschedule so that we can remain on schedule for other appointments. No-Shows: Because consultation times are reserved specifically for each client, repeated no-shows may result in the loss of complimentary consultation privileges or require a consultation fee for future appointments. Design & Artwork: Complimentary consultations are intended for discussing your project and determining possible options. They do not include completed artwork, embroidery digitizing, detailed mockups, samples, or production-ready designs unless otherwise agreed upon. Pricing: Any pricing discussed during a consultation is considered an estimate until all project details are confirmed. Final pricing may vary based on garment or product selection, embroidery size, stitch count, design complexity, placement, quantity, digitizing requirements, and other customization requests. Orders & Production: Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance of a project, product availability, or a specific completion date. An order is considered confirmed only after final details, pricing, payment requirements, and production timelines have been approved by RPLUSN STUDIO.
