Service Description
Our Signature Photo Session is designed for those who want more time, more variety, and a relaxed experience in front of the camera. This 60-minute session gives us the flexibility to capture a mix of natural, candid, and posed moments while allowing time for different groupings, locations, or looks when possible. Perfect for families, couples, seniors, maternity, milestones, personal branding, and lifestyle portraits, each session is thoughtfully planned to reflect your personality and the moments that matter most. Your Signature Session includes a curated collection of professionally edited digital images delivered in an online gallery for easy viewing and downloading. Additional edited images may also be purchased à la carte if you fall in love with more from your gallery. Our goal is to create timeless photographs that feel genuine, personal, and uniquely yours — beautiful memories made to be part of your story.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with RPLUSN Creative, you agree to the following: Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session and will be applied toward the total balance. Remaining balances must be paid before the session begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is allowed with proper notice and is subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to rebook. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive and do not contact us will forfeit all payments made. A new booking and retainer will be required. Where authorized, any remaining balance may also be charged. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your session time and will not extend the appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. No refunds or discounts are given for lost time. Weather & Emergencies If RPLUSN Creative determines conditions are unsafe, the session may be rescheduled and payments will transfer. Emergencies will be handled at our discretion. Images RPLUSN Creative selects and professionally edits the best images. RAW, unedited, duplicate, or unusable images are not provided. Additional images may be purchased. RPLUSN Creative retains copyright to all images. Purchased photos are for personal use only unless written permission is provided.
