Cancellation Policy

Mini Pop-Up Sessions do not require a deposit; however, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible so we can offer your time slot to another client. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may result in a cancellation fee or may require prepayment for future bookings. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session and do not contact RPLUSN STUDIO will be considered a no-show. No-show clients may be required to pay the full session fee or prepay in full before booking any future Mini Pop-Up or photography session. Late Arrivals Mini Pop-Up Sessions run on a set schedule and are often booked back-to-back. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce your photography time and the number of images we are able to capture. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible for limited or one-day Mini Pop-Up events.
